Shooting in the face of adversity, regardless of clothing, silica packs, coffee, and a good heater in the Jeep, it is still painfully cold. So many similar shots can easily be taken, but the more significant challenge is to find unique and unusual angles and images. Color almost becomes monochrome, and monochrome can heighten the depth of cold. When there can be upwards of 6 months of snow, you have to pre-visualize, be creative and be different.
