$500 Full Day – Standard images
\n* 6 hours of setting up and shooting.

$350 Half Day – Standard images
\n* 4 hours of setting up and shooting.
\n* Outfit changes but will encroach into\u00a0shoot time
\n* 4 final images
\n* Extra images requested to be costed at $100 per image<\/p>\n

Travel is calculated at 40c per mile travelled, in both directions, if location is in excess of a 50 mile radius of Lee’s home in Maine.
\nThis is to cover both the cost of fuel required and time taken out of Lee’s day when not shooting.<\/p>\n

TERMS & CONDITIONS
\n1. Booking & Deposit
\nA booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received. The deposit secures the agreed date and time and prevents the photographer from accepting other work for that period.
\nAll deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

2. Balance Payment
\nThe remaining balance is due no later than the agreed date prior to the event or photoshoot. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit forfeited.<\/p>\n

3. Cancellations & Postponements
\nIf the client cancels the booking for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
\nIf the event or photoshoot is cancelled, postponed, or cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the photographer\u2019s personal control, the deposit remains non-refundable. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
\n* Adverse weather conditions
\n* Illness or injury (client or third parties)
\n* Venue closure or issues
\n* Travel disruption
\n* Government restrictions or legal requirements
\n* Acts of God or force majeure events<\/p>\n

Where possible, the photographer may offer to reschedule the booking to a mutually agreed date, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must take place within an agreed timeframe. Rates and terms may be subject to change.<\/p>\n

4. Photographer Cancellation
\nIn the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to attend due to serious illness, injury, or other unavoidable circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement photographer. If this is not possible, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. This shall be the photographer\u2019s full liability.<\/p>\n

5. Force Majeure
\nThe photographer shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this agreement where such failure results from events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.<\/p>\n

6. Liability
\nThe photographer will take all reasonable care in the performance of services but shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control that result in missed or incomplete coverage.
\nThe photographer\u2019s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.<\/p>\n

7. Copyright & Usage
\nAll images remain the copyright of the photographer. The client is granted a licence for personal or agreed commercial use only. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission unless otherwise agreed.
\nThe photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

8. Image Integrity & Alterations
\nAll proofs and final delivered images represent the photographer\u2019s artistic style and finished work. Images may not be edited, altered, filtered, manipulated, or enhanced by the client or by any third party, including but not limited to other photographers, designers, retouchers, or AI-based software or tools.
\nThis includes colour changes, cropping, retouching, use of presets, filters, generative AI, upscaling, background replacement, facial or body modification, or any other digital alteration.
\nAny requested edits or adjustments must be made solely by the photographer and may be subject to additional fees.
\nUnauthorised editing or modification of images constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in withdrawal of usage rights.<\/p>\n

9. Image Delivery
\nImage delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by circumstances beyond the photographer\u2019s control do not constitute grounds for a refund.<\/p>\n

10. Client Responsibility
\nThe client is responsible for ensuring cooperation of all relevant parties and access to locations as agreed. The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation, restrictions imposed by venues, or time constraints beyond their control.<\/p>\n

11. Agreement
\nBy paying a deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.<\/p>\n
